Actually, you'll need to get to level 54 to get rank 1 in the first week, if you start at Age 17 (which gives AP the fastest), and assuming you put absolutely no AP into any other skills.
Not to mention that it takes over 10,000
successful crafts to reach rank 1 in smithing, the time and materials for which are, frankly, not going to be available in the short timespan you've alotted yourself.
I don't mean to be overly rude, but I'd recommend taking a closer look at
Blacksmithing and re-evaluating your timeframe. (Actually, refer to
MabiWorld's page, since I haven't gotten around to adding in the training table to ours).
