If you don't like answering your questions give the job to someone else, or split it up. Some people don't even know the Wiki is there and it takes 5 secs to cut and paste a URL.
I am an A+ Tech Support Specialist in RL, and i'll tell ya, the fun never ends...Call after call this machine stinks blah blah blah.. Well even though I find out through deduction they have 41 Antivirus programs running and eating thier computer alive.. I still have to explain over and over again--- No Matter What! Ever Ever Ever, Only one Anti-Virus on your machine at a time! Lol. Good luck.
