ive seen them vend for quite a lot, though i wouldnt say ive seen them sold. Its a great enchant for those who have high enough Icebolt rank. Rank 9 enchant, accessories only.
I actually would say the sword only goes for like 50k or less, why? Because "real" enchanter wouldnt use a sword to enchant since they can use magic powder instead. If it were the enchant itself, id say quite a bit.
though i may be completely wrong so you can't be to positive about my suggestion.
