All great empires are bound to fall,But i think our sister guilds shouldnt perish just because of drama.I admit,I left my first guild,Dango,because of the Drama there,I covered up the real reason i left it with the excuse that "I was being ignored for most of the time",That pretty much proves Drama sucks because im such a fun loving Pika :3

Don't give up yet,don't let Drama take the better of you.It couldnt hurt to be harsh for one minute and tell your members "Hey everyone,quit your dramatizing and get on with your pathetic lives.Gawd.",or maybe it can.Don't even let one incident where all your members are being emo and trying to shake it off online.Even if you don't wish to be a leader anyone,be an inspiration to them.Online Gaming wasnt made so people can share to the world how much their life sucked and to have everyone else feel miserable,so you should just forget about being emo before i get someone to make you stop,the hard way (muahahahah :3).I swear I have HAD IT with Drama online.Its like your treating your real life friends like crap and not sharing your feelings with them.I dont care if you dont have real life friends,MAKE SOME or be a sissy for the rest of your life living with your degrading parents.Either suck it up like a man and take action for the crap youve done so you can make up for it with responsibility and encouragement to help everyone feel better before i start getting more serious about your drama problems online then i already am.

That paragraph i just typed above maybe harsh,but to me its the truth.Your letting one phailiure destroy your leadership skills and do the lazy person tactic: Letting someone else take care of the problem and assessing to it for you.Now cmon,get over your emoness,get some tequila,and get back in action xD
