Your right Aire, but what i meant was they have to at least start these events,website, etc., then appoint people to continue them. For example the leader could start a thread about a event, but then appoint someone else to look after that event and basically be the leader of that event. This would give everyone in the guild, at one point, have a say in the guild's events or judements. The leader would have to check upon the events periodically of course, as well as the website, but starting these things and keeping throughout the guild's history is what the job of the leader should be.
