The word "kawaii", which most of us know means "cute", is just as "gay" for a guy to say it in Japan. In fact, you're taught to NOT say kawaii if you're a guy in Japan, unless you reference it to a small child whom you think is cute in a non-pedo way.

Just because you've said one word in a "cool language" (which the Japanese wouldn't think so because they think English is a "cool language" and their Japanese is boring), doesn't mean it sounds better. It only makes you look like a japanophile wapanese.

I'm not saying you're gay, I'm saying that saying the word cute itself is pretty gay, no matter what language you try to substitute it into to sound better.
