I've already searched the forums using the search option for this before posting this question. But...there was no definite answer so therefore I ask!
What is the cap for buying NX using Paypal, and can it be removed if it's your own individual paypal account and not your parents by verifying the account?
And if not...is it every 30 days the cap is removed or every 6 weeks. There was a lot of controversy on the cap, and how long it lasted. People said the cap was 150, then 75, and then 30...soooo...please help?
