I know it used to be 150$, but the last time I heard anything about it was several months ago.

I think it's a cap no matter what. I knew a few people who reached the cap who were using their own personal Paypal accounts.

As for the reset, I think it's every month. Not sure if it goes by a specific set date or the date when you last purchased.

Sounds like a lot of speculation, sorry. T_T
