i haven't taken the time to read all of this thread but to answer ur question in my professional opinion, get windmill right away and make it the first skill u put a significant amount of ap in.
No matter what class u plan on being, what kind of other skills u think are awsome and want to get first. Get windmill to at least 9 first before u do nethin else. Then learn how to use it effectively. Then do w/e u want.
