Karu forest ruins is about on par with Ciar Intermediate in my opinions.
There are a few items to drop which change the mobs and boost the difficulty.

What you're seeing in the first video is a very standard Maize Fields Ruin run.
The second video in this thread is actually a special drop that made the dungeon's boss a bit more difficult.

Yes, that giant is freaking strong. Very strong. Its got rank 1 savage beast transformation.

Maize Field Ruins is on par with an advanced pass dungeon, so its quite difficult. The slate fighters you see all have over 600 hp, and do about 80~100 damage per strike (and hit 3 times, so you're pretty much dead).

1. No one does this though. Its weak, pathetic, pointless, and the javelins cost a lot of money.
2. But why would you do it on a giant... as if the mana cost isn't severe enough on humans...
3. Generally on my opinion its pretty easy. The only real difficulty are the stone imps, stone bisons, and the stone zombies. Those guys can sometimes really lay down the pain. Besides that, you can probably do fine as long as you keep a watch on mobs with titles (lots of boost in stats). The goblins that can use final hit are all bosses of dungeons you're required to do for the Final Hit quest. Other than that, I don't think there are currently any other mobs that can use final hit (but there are a few here and there that can dual wield, so its not entirely impossible).
