Windmill should be ranked first since it can get very difficult to rank if u rank other combat skills first. Plus, ranking windmill gives you str and will bonuses every time you rank it as opposed to smash which only gives you str at later ranks.
The only real easy place rank windmill is to kill zombies with windmill.
