That has happened to me, my counter canceled just as a metal skeleton was going to whack me in Rabbie and I got pwn -_- It also happen a few other times , so now I'm just sticking to defense for a while.
Also, right now the hotkey (left shift+tab) for the secondary toolbar isn't working...
I thought something was wrong with my keyboard, but... I have to manually click to switch the bar.
