1) Windmill and smash are your only options because of their Passive defenses. (Lvl3 Mana refractor and Lvl3 Natural shield as well as Lvl2 heavy stander)
2) Not sure, I haven't gone yet. But I know the rest of this stuff from a few friends as well as the wiki. (I'm going later today though)
3) Either wait for next Saturday and ask Kristell for a new black fomor pass using the "how to reach Tir Na Nog" keyword, or use an albey red wing. (Not sure how to get one aside from buying them, and apparently, they're a hefty price)
