Well, Nexon NA hasn't been around for that long. They'll need to make some more money first, then upgrade servers, improve service, etc. After all that, if they still have excess profits, maybe they'll give us free rebirths.
Paying customers should always get benefits. Suppose you're a regular at this... restaurant. You give them more money, they treat you better. That's fair.
If you've got this many problems with a game, then why the heck are you even playing?
