Hint: Don't take players who don't listen to you. Oh god, we had one player who kept doing whatever he wanted and it ended up screwing us all so bad. Peaca is a full out party play dungeon.
Take an archer, mage, and warrior. They are all MUSTS if you wan't to make your life easier.
Ghouls and Whites are really easily plowed down by magic, while Cloakers are plowed by archery.
The boss is a joke compared to the mobs. A black ship rat? Oh no, watch out, its got rank 1 dark ages plague!
Because you have to fight both blue and red ghosts once each, you'll need really strong players who can use windmill. May I remind you that anything other than a windmill causes the ghost to teleport.
Make sure you plan out every room and situation. Every little step, you need crucial planning, and crucial teamplay. Its possible, even with people who have low stats (like me, lol only level 88 total), as long as you can take it slow and talk it through with your party.
That is what many players lack. Careful planning and team play tactics.
And I do stress this. We got owned so badly several times by cloakers because we didn't have an archer (preferrably one with revolver). They have really high defense to physical attacks and take 1 damage from all magic. It sucked because we were all mage/warriors.
