Don't see how anyone can really answer this accurately without knowing what type of character you are. I solo dungeons and I dont even have any magic, and while I have windmill I dont use it that often and I do fine. Of course I am an archer. I have soloed Ciar Int for 4 includeing the two golems at the end only using a bow. The boss was a pains but everything up till then wasnt bad. Just scan the room quickly...dart into a corner that doesnt have any monsters in it and pick them off one by one. Half the times one magnum will instantly kill what I am aiming at. Not as fast as windmillers but more suited to my playstyle.
