To OP: It'd probably be a lot more helpful if you showed us how you and your friends look like (screenshots).
I haven't drawn for a while but I've done commissions before. Maybe I can give it a shot when I'm not so busy with school (I just moved to a new province, sooo yeah, quite busy).
