NA server would be SMART to allow free rebirths.
The server explosion, as KR server called it, made them much richer than they were before they started G9 and made rebirths free.
It went from busy 10 channels to FULL 15 channels at all time.
With the cash shop still open, and service cheaper (along with Nao becoming 300 nx each), devCAT have actually been making MORE money than before.
Once the game's population gains up, and the number of people who know about the game increases, Mabinogi will have its "grand" moments.
Once that grand moment ends, everyone will know about Mabinogi, but many people will quit gradually.
Then G9 comes with this "free rebirth" nonsense and the "x2 exp" craziness. EVERYONE will come back.
The way KR is looking right now, the guys are so busy looking at server stability that they can barely keep up.
Why WOULDN'T you offer such a thing? Its all business. Kinda like that
