I don't know about KR guilds, but for JP guilds the info is as the following:
Guild Level------Points needed------Gold needed------Contents
Default------nothing------nothing------up to 5 members
Basic------100 GP------2,000 gold------up to 10 members
Advance------2,000 GP------4,000 gold--------up to 20 members
Great------7,000 GP------50,000 gold-------up to 50 members
Grand------20,000 GP------100,000 Gold------up to 250 members
You can set your guild stone starting advance level.
Each member gains 1GP per 6hrs of in-game time, which is 9mins of real time.
2,000 GP with 10 active members will only take 18,000 minutes total, 1,800 minutes each member, which is 30hrs of playing time. If you leave your computer on overnight that's less than 2 days.
Even for the Grand (highest) level, with 50 members it should only take 60hrs of playing time per member, which is under 3 days.
If everyone's active even just for 6hrs a day (you can AFK), it still shouldn't take months to reach the max 250 members level. Also, 100,000 gold among 50 members is 2,000 gold each. Very doable and realistic, even for beginners.
As for maintaining a guild, the only requirement is that the guild leader pays for the extra storage fantasy life service every month, which will probably end up around $5 / month here. Even if you don't pay, the guild will not disappear and you can still guild chat, except you can't recruit more members or use other guild functions such as access the communal bank.
