So supposedly, someone named Rime has been making server announcement style headers appear on the game's screen and saying "OMG FLASHING RED LETTERS PAY ATTENTION" and flashed yellow letters.

I don't understand.
Is it a GM?
Am I seeing a part of an event?

Or did someone get access to staff DX
