I agree...nobody in a dungeon should have to *ask* for a heal just as they shouldn't have to ask for help if they're in trouble. When you're in a party it's all about teamwork. Always take the time, though, to thank somebody if they heal you or save your ass from that multi-aggro who was about to decapitate you while you were busy fighting something else...it takes a whole two key strokes "TY" :P
And there are always bad apples. If they're in your party, kick them out. Otherwise, tell the leader to kick them out...and if he won't, leave. You've always got a choice.
