Mabinogi Anime Cosplay 2008!

Application Dates:
When:Sunday November 21 Opens at 9pm PST to Friday November 28 Closes at 11 pm PST

Voting Dates:
When:Sunday November 30 Opens at 12pm PST to Friday December 5 Closes at 12 am PST

Winners are Announced!
When: Saturday December 6, 2008
Time: 7pm PST
Where: Emain Auditorium

Prize:
1st place 1, 25k NX card+1 Stack of HW
2nd place 2, 10k NX cards+ 1 Stack of HW
3rd plaxce 1, 10k NX Card+Random Gold+Random Stuff From my Bank+ 1 Stack of HW

This time im doing my event a bit differently. Since all Ruairians are allowed to enter this event things may get hectic, so for the past month i was trying to think of something.. it may or may not but work who knows! we will find out soon enough xD

Anime Cosplay Guidelines! Read here to learn more about the event!

Step 1:
oh hay i want to be in it!
So you have decided to enter meh event! There are a couple of things to follows!

• Pick who you will be cosplaying as!
• Find a decent pic of your anime character to use as your model throughout the event
• Do your best to use the available clothes in NA mabi to match ur pictures
• Rebirth is optional...but its hightly reccomended!
• Remember the event is many weeks away! plan ahead!

Step 2:
okies im ready what next?
Now that you have achieved your goal of looking like your desired anime character you must wait, the sign up process is not open!! Feel free to parade around mabi xD

Step 3:
anna! waiting is boring D8 /bites
oh my D8 so you have managed to wait! and are still have your custome!
On November 23@ 12 pm PST the application thread will be open for anyone to enter! Exclusively at MyMMOGames only! why? because it makes it easier for me to manage the whole application process if you all sign up in one place instead of scattered.

Step 4:
How the application process works!

Remember the anime pic i told you to find in step 1? Well u need it nows ;o
In order to apply you must post on the application thread at MyMMOGames.net it has to include the following:
IGN
A picture of the anime character you are cosplaying as
A screenshot of your character in NA Mabinogi cosplaying as your desired anime character (non edited, non croped) it must look something like this:

feel free to wander mabi for a nice backgound o.o
Everyone has in till November 28 to sign ups for this event the applications wont count anymore after 12pm PST!

Step 5
I have entered your event! what now D8
on Monday Dec 1st @ 12pm PST once again exclusively at MyMMOGames 2 voting threads will be made! one for male and one for female! In this thread each participant anime pic and mabi ss will posted so you can see who they are suppose to be ;o

Step 6
oh hay im deciding the winers?
Yes you are! Any member from MyMMOGames is allowed to vote for their favorites! Each person is allowed one vote for each gender. In order for your vote to actually count you have to write one sentence or more on why this person should win! Everyone has in till Friday December 5th @ 12pm PST to vote any votes after that are null and void! All the votes will be added later on and the top 5 for each gender will be decided....

Step 7
December 6th is here!
Today is the big day! when we find who did the best job dressing ups :3
All Participants are required to show up one hr early and line up on the blue line that the stage has.
All guests are to be seated in the audience area and be on their best behavior. All Musicians are welcomes to play music!

Step 8
Did i win?!!!
After each participant introduces themselves on stage the top 10 will be called ups in random order. The top 10 are to walk forward a bit and wait patiently to see if they won! The top 3 are not decided by your vote im sorrys :x we will have 3 judges to pick out 1st, 2nd and 3rd from the lucky 10 that were selected by you all o.o

SMALL NOTE:
This event can be canceled anytime if any offending parties or players decides to disrupt the event. The event judges also have the rights to kick all players that decides to misbehave (Using of vulgarities and other misacts considered and accounted for).

Disruptive behavior includes:
- Running on board the stage when its not your turn with intentions of ruining the event
- Giving false impression of failure (Discouragement)
- The playing of musical instruments, spamming Music of Deaths and Default music is not welcomed. Nither is it allowed to play over other players who are currently playing their music pieces
- Vulgarities, Violence, Sexual innuendos, Jeering and racism
- Intentionally spam usage of Bombs, intentionally making pets do that dumb barking/ hissing sound and intentionally spam trading/ friend requesting somebody


If any behavior stated above is seen during the event, judge/s has all rights to remove the player from the event by force.
