5 Centimeter Per Second
Oh good god. I just had to post a thread about the single greatest Japanese anime movie [IMO] of all times. Freaking 5 Centimeter Per Second.
Please tell me that someone else here has watched it? Greatest art ever! Praise Makoto Shinkai! I highly recommend this, as well as any other Makoto Shinkai movies to anyone who wants to watch beautiful movies with the most detailed drawings. 5 CM/Second is 3 short stories linked together! 20 min each, so it doesn't take too much time to watch! Some other good movies to watch if you enjoyed this is Beyond the Clouds [Also by Shinkai], and Voices of a Distant Star[Shinkai- contains cg robots fights, and also only 20 min long] 5Cm/Second

YES! I love this movie, and Shinkai's other movies too. This one was my favorite though. I kinda felt bad for Takaki in the end, but it also kind of teaches you that you should take your chances when you have them or you might regret having passed them by.
