green dye: i usually see people selling this green for around 200k, but i don't know if they actually sell.

for the sexy tank and chinese dress, i believe they're both npc-purchasable items, so you probably won't get very much for them, especially since i hardly ever see anybody wear those outfits in-game. :x

On the housing boards, I see the super bright neon green fixed dyes listed as 200k, but the one that isn't as bright, which is the one I have, is listed as 400k. How overpriced are the housing boards?
