People usually burn the enchants off stuff like that to put on other things,and that has a risk of destroying the enchant (2 times total when burning off enchant and re-applying to another equip)

but noting the smexy boosts (and ugly downgrade for rank B crit,a favored skill o_o) I'd say 15k+ although i are not a merchant and dunno my prices xD

Since it's just 1 enchant and has a pretty bad negative effect (big hp loss), probably 10k or so. You would probably have more luck selling it to someone who wants to use it as it is, and not to burn/reenchant. A enchanter probably wouldn't pay more than a few K gold for it.

if it was me, i would only pay 10k or less. Why? cause there is a big difference between the enchant scroll itself and the enchanted equip.

if it were the enchant scroll itself, it would sell a lot more.
