I recall seeing a couple of these being sold at the Mari merchants place. The lowest price I've seen is 10k so it might not be that hard to find. I don't think it's sold, but not sure where it's dropped either.

Gremlins in Barri Basic dungeon drop them sometimes....but they dont like me much ive been through it twice but none dropped
im not sure if its a specific color that drops them, but i know its supposed to be Gremlins that do at least (if you look closely at one youll see that its holding one)
