Mmm..if any fine blacksmith has a 13 durability dagger they would like to make and sell me, please post the stats and I'll prolly buy it XD

As it stands, I don't think 13 dur is possible yet. Rank C only gives us one finishing upgrade, and the best I can land with rank D is 11 dur. 12 dur should be possible, but 13...not so sure.
