There really are not any fixed red dyes only Flashy Red Fixed Dyes. It is better to try and get the dark red with a random dye. Red fixed are usually dyes only given out during certain events.

can't you also get a fixed red through rebirth? Just keep retrying? In any case I also found a seller for FB3, so mods you can close this thread now ^^
