Theres no proof for it nor proof that it isn't.
I think its very possible. x3

I don't see any galactical interaction happening anytime soon.
Well, in my lifetime--probably not x.x''
But yet again, its possible.

There is no proof but statistically speaking it might as well be inevitable...
however something that a lot of people don't think about is that once again, looking at statistics, it's most likely that there are thousands or even millions of worlds with some form of unintelligent life...and relatively few that contain intelligent life...

It took the earth 4.54 billion years to evolve humans...homosapiens evolved like...200,000 years ago? With only maybe 15,000 years of true intelligent behavior...and only a few thousand years of actual civilization...even with the millions of planets out there, there are slim odds of intelligent life...undoubtedly there are other planets with civilized races, but who's to say that they're close enough that we will encounter them during human existence?

Unless we develop wormholes...or like...warpspeed...or even better...an improbability drive !

I totally agree, the problem with trying to find life outside our solar system is that we can't even make it to the nearest star in single a human lifetime, and current physicists are suggesting that we may never be able to. >.<

So I say we get started on that improbability drive.

That is going to be really hard when the government continues to reduce spending on NASA, and NASA had to lay-off tons of workers. Grants on scientific research has been lowered in number and money as well during the current president. o_O

Of course, there are other nations putting money into Space-related research as well through... Hopefully, they can surpass NASA.
