This is good to hear. I've been thinking of getting myself a pet. Sadly I don't think the silver fox will be released yet. It doesn't matter though. I can wait.

Anyways, the pets are going to have different stats. Would they be able to level up like us? Or will they just keep the stats that they are given when bought?

I'd like to see whether I can train my pet at all.

And 1 more question. It's true that you can play as your pets right? If that's the case, will the pets still have to be restricted a to an hour or more and disappear like they would normally as tag-alongs?

the only thing Ive heard regarding your question is that pets do level up and age but they spend AP themselves for example say your pet went up 1 level and gained 1 AP instead of you choosing what to rank the but automatically chooses it self. But this is coming from what Ive heard not actually experienced seeing as I have not played any of the other versions of Mabinogi so this may not be 100% true and is subject to change.

A pet is basically a character, i think you just select a pet at the login screen to play as it.
