For Asian people who have "asian" eyes

since the cat is pretty bored, he's gonna ask a question to Asian humans who have "asian" eyes or monolids

would you have "double eyelid" surgery for eyes which look larger? (if it was offered to you for free)

I've considered it before, but I decided its fine without it. Though, my sister always complains about it.

If anything though, its the bone structure that really makes our eyes different.
Theres a much larger indent in the placement of a person's eye, while the general asian's eye is on the same level of the eyebrow.

I've been blessed with double eye lids, but actually when I was younger I had single eye lids. As I got older, I suppose the creases in my eyes got more defined, leading them to how they are now.

I have a couple friends who underwent double eye lid surgery, but for those two girls specifically, I thought they were much cuter before they did their eyes. They were already pretty as they were, but after the surgery their eyes were such that they always looked surprised. ><

I've seen many Asian celebs do the double eye thing though, and some of them look pretty fantastic. Particularly the Korean actresses and singers I see--they manage to look so natural and pretty, surgery or not.

Heh... This is a first I've ever heard of this. I like my eyes being "Asian". It makes me different then people around me... at least when I was at school... Not so much in Japan. XD

Only problem about looking "Asian" is you will always get the stereotypical people who are always like "OMG U MUTS BE SMRTS!".

(NOTE: I'm just saying this because this is what I think. Please, I'm trying not to offend anyone.)

One thing I got mad at that, was a bunch of black people said that to me, Of all people. Their race was the one that have went through the most problems, in the US. Pretty Hypercritical how they said that I'm super smart and all, but I couldn't say how stupid they were, not because of their grades, but because they were black. = =;;

I am blessed with double eye lids, though my eye still *****s up a bit towards the side coz my dad's genes gave me about 1/4 chinese blood... But whenever I work overtime, sleep really late for days or cry endlessly before bed... I get monoeyelids when I wake up. LOL.
