Don't know if this is possible but, is there a way to when you clic the "Irc Chat" up there, he automaticaly opens the program and enter in the channel?

We are working on that. The problem is, for some people who does not have a client, they will not be able to access.

im in the chan right now.
i use java client, cause i have a terrible anime addiction and i would sit a dl anime on IRC all day and nite. till my 300GB were full.
