Recent Happenings in the Guru
First of all I really apologize for my absence in such a situation and also for the lack of notice to everyone. A lot of guru-ers will probably hate me for this but please read on for my explanation.
There has been a lot of things going on in my life lately - negative things (lost a job, break-up, family issues). This has caused a lot of impact, including the financial aspect. It is true that I considered selling the site as a quick way out. However, in the process, I decided against it and instead considered advertisements as an alternative. The site will have the same management, the same great moderators. All that will change from here is you will be seeing some ad units (not porn) placed on the forums. There will be lesser ads for members and more for guests. These changes will be implemented soon so I just wanted to notify everyone in advance. Again sorry for the confusion and sorry for being an irresponsible admin.

I'm glad you decided not to sell. I think Guru would have changed a lot (possibly for the worse) had you done so.
I don't mind clicking ads to help support this wonderful site.  Hope things look up for you soon~ (^_^)

OMFG we love you itchy, i told everyone be calm and see what happnes. Im sorry to hear of your irl issue but ill support ya in what you do. we love mabiguru and you too itchy keep your head up man.
Um could maybe us offical guilds Immortals and MariGuru get a subforum to use betweenst our selves?

We'll be working on that soon. Still need to do a lot of coping up. We are working on reforming the Mod Team due to a lot of inactivity from the other moderators. Everything should follow from there.

You shocked my once you were selling the Website.Can you please tell us if we don't satisfy your needs or when you're gonna do something that can cause overreacting forum members because a little heads-up of whats going to happen won't cause what just happened again.
