He paid for it before and would've auto won a doll from the raffle but Itchy canceled it and he got refunded, but then now it's open again.

So I said if Paul was supposed to get one before, he should just get one now paying the same amount as last time.

Actually, he's the only one who has bought a Lotto ticket for one of the Nao dolls. It's been that way since July, but he didn't get it because he's the only one who paid for one.
