i can change colors, edit animation (not make them though >.> im terrible at it X3) all you have to do is tell me how you want it.

look at my ava and sig for example, i redid the hair and eye color, added the background on the sig too.

i can do more than sigs and avas too, if you just want a custom image for some reason. Xp i do them for my friends all the time. just be specific about what you want.
