Sorry in my opinion borders ruins the sig, just my opinio sorry, and the text is a clipping mask so i dun think i can do that =/

id say a border would be nice as well since it doesnt blend into Mabiguru's background much... though its ur sig and you can decide what to do with it

It's a nice signature, but with a border like Bakuryu just did, it looks much better IMO.

and I don't think a border is necessary but definitely a little something to help the text stand out a little more. You've got a great sn so show it off!
