I like this one, as it's elegant, but the white beside Nao's face really washes her out. I think if you added a smidge of colour to the signature too, it would be an interested effect.

Have you considered a small border on it? That could look pretty hot. <3

The edges on the stock are overly-sharpened and not anti-aliased. A picture like that, I'd say, should be more smooth.
Border and color aren't exactly always necessary; b&w can have some nice affects that color can't attain but in this case, yah, you better have some color in there for emphasis. Otherwise it'd look dull.
