Yeah, I noticed the splash damage. It seems to me like it would almost be an unwanted thing, because it would aggro the surrounding monsters and cause a nightmare of problems. That said, I really can't estimate how everything will play out in the end-game (since I've only been playing for 10 hours, and, given the scope of the Pre-OB I won't be able to reach anywhere near that :P)

EDIT: lol, I guess I just got lucky in those first few rooms or something; I'm just getting hammered left and right now and burning up exp. Hurr

The only splash that multi-aggros are advanced spells (that I know of, anyways). Unless the monster's script specifically says to multi agress. Side hits will attract their attention, but they won't attack until its their turn.

its not true that archers have a hard time at the start... i solo'd many monsters and including golem. with archery at the rank of only B

and at the rank of 8 i was able to solo even better

(and i did have the basic F/Practice Rank Melee skills, but i never had to use them)

and might i say, archery isnt the best way to start out.. but its easy for you lazy people. ^-^ LIKE ME! stand in one spot.. hold alt... attack... haha

and might i add, at the rank of 7 you can attack an enemy atleast 3 times in a melee distance, b4 it is able to hit you, hit it once, twice, and magnum it. and you'll be able to shoot it even more ^-^

This might be slightly off topic, but how hard is it to find the pages for the revolver quest? I know they're dropped by monsters, but that means I need to wait until it starts raining.

magnum revolver pages are quite hard to obtain.
And they expire in time. so this makes it harder, i don't know much on who drops them nor can't say more info because i don't know about revolver much, since i've been an elf D=<.

they only expire as pages, once you put them in the book then they wont, so if your selling pages you better hope people buy them fast lol
