I've been wanting to start up a guild. and I have a few ideas to run past you, My well trusted members of Mabiguru.


I wanted to name is Tool Toul To. as if it'll fit I don't know, it's just a rough idea of the name.

It's going to be a pure merc guild.

If you repair/make. And your nice. You may join!

And by repair, I mean;

Healers- Well, HP and gashes in your body needs repairs, dosen't it?
Smiths, Refiners.
Weavers,Tailors.
Planters,Potion makers.
Handicrafters.

The main point of this guild to be trusted as the number one place to come for anything you might need, Be it a nice suit, a spiffy weapon, a bunch of pots, or a tag-along healer.
If you see the guild name above theres, you know they can be trusted to do what you pay them for.

Also, trading will be among the guild members, let's say you want to make an item that needs braids, and you need some gold bars for the finishing look. ask around the guild. since we'll have weavers and refiners, odds are we'll have what you need in your own guild. and who knows, maybe we'll be nice enough to give you a discount~. But in return, we ask you do the same if we need a helm or something

Would this be a good idea? It'll be easy to make a list of items we can make in the forums or something.

I think it sounds like a great idea. ^_^

I tried to start up a healer's guild (Healers, Herbalists, Potion Makers, etc.) in Tarlach, but I guess it was too specific because there was very little interest. Including healer types in a production guild though seems like you'd have a good mix of people, and just about anyone could join.
I had also considered healers-for-hire, and I think that having good guild rep is key for 'advertising' as it were.

Yeah, thats what I'm hoping for. For people to trust us. it'll work better for the selling and the buyer that way. as both parties know that they are getting the best.
