Don't really want to be a barer of bad news, but 2 weeks ago Annabelle said that Dango is no longer recruiting. It might have changed in that time and she hasn't updated the thread yet, but you guys should probably read the last 10 replies in a guild recruiting thread, just incase something like this happens.

Again recruitment is closed! The Guild is at full capacity right now, anymore and it will be to much for me to handle. It does not matter if you are new, clannad fan, pro or anything else we can not take anymore in. Sorry. Drastic measures must be taken to protect my guild members and the family atmosphere in this guild.

Please consider joining other guilds there are many good ones out there.
