May I suggest advertising the guild on the main nexon forums, as a lot of people post there.

I absolutely agree to be more organized on the new one, but Ferringo, it's hard to talk about organization when you only have 5 people or less to talk about xD We'll set the rules about it once we hit more than 10 or so. Active is definitely a key.

And guys, I'm locking the MariGuru thread. It should be buried along with the guild. AMEN.

First off we need to think of a new guild name if we are truly remaking the guild.

Here were some of the suggestions:

• Nexus
• Memoir
• Imperium
• Novior
• Transcend

Other suggestions would be helpful.

After that, we have to decide whether we stick with Renin as leader again, or pick someone else. The candidates I believe were Justzu and Renin? But since Justzu joined Wolfpack, he won't be able to get involved in the creation of the guild for atleast a week, and other people who might've joined other guilds.

Paladin, my nomination was Memoir without the "e". xD Just thought I'll point that out. I thought of a possible idea/system. We can have a temporary leader with the guild to start it, and then as people begin to join, we'll vote whether we want to keep the leader, or nominate a better person. Should I register a forum for easier communication outside of Mabinogi if guild is successfullly remade? Due to past experiences, almost no one remembers or listens when you announce something important in the guild channels. =.=

Alright, its good to know I've fleshed out the inactives and disloyals from the guild...unintentionally.

Justzu is fine, many members went to wolfpack, i believe blaze did also, I'll start a new thread and we'll get reorganized.

Yea you can. ;0 Maybe we'll get to give everyone a chance. You can change the leaders once a month.

Oh, I forgot to state being exclusive was our guilds choice, to only take guru members. I see nothing wrong with an Official guild recruiting whom they know to be a good and active member.

There is nothing wrong with restructuring your guild and starting over. Having 10 people to start is good. I don't mind supporting you guys in whatever you all do as well.

Being a leader is hard and time consuming , but its rewarding as well remember that.
