Mariguru reformation final step READ THIS ONE

Alright I believe we have enough to get a new footing.
we have so far. But lets do this recreation SLOWLY and steady.

First of all we need to assign a new name that doesnt completely bind us to mabiguru

we had 5 suggestions that were considered.
Please vote on them. This vote will go on for the whole week. We will TRY to reform 7pm saturday PST. Keep this time in mind.

I'll setup another thread.

Anyway this time we'll vote on a leader this time. Last time I just assumed the role because i was the only subscriber at the time XD.

Were also going to need a set of sub leaders around 4-5. They will be placed as senior members. The new leader has to pick these.

Due to alot of indecisiveness we haven't had a clear list of Canidates so if u want to NOMINATE someone else. Lets me know.

Nice job with the reform Renin, but remeber to step down if someone else is elected leader.... and also remember this, It is easy to identify a problem, but solving it makes people give up.

mabye this should be a more well known thread or mabye its too late a night for ppl to read. Anyways i think the leader should be a leader who listens to people complaints/revelations/comments in general and works to make them right or just works hard making the guild happy. The guild leader also has to be active and talk to the guilda bout important issues, I.E the reform, if we should abondan or not, new guild events, etc.. Lastly the person has to be willing to be a guild leader. They have to make a commitment to the guild and spend exta time out of thier schedule to actually form guild events and carry them out as well as manage the guild website, which hasn't been updated in 1 whole month. Well, i doubt anybody will read this post, but Renin if you want to be guild leader keep these things in mind

At the moment, Mariguru is a nice name. If we HAVE to change it, I say we make the guild "Unexpected", "Unreal", "Verity", or if it hasn't been done, "Intense".

It's not whether who wants to Blaze, but so far, to be blunt, NONE of the people in our guild qualifies for what you're describing. We should at least separate these things out to multiple people and having the leader oversees them. Organizing events, paying for service, socializing in guild, AND running a website seems to be too big of a thing to ask for one person.

But Renin, do you want me to help carry these posts outside of MabiGuru such as on the Nexon forums? Because recently I've been hearing about agreeing on no longer affiliating with MabiGuru. PM me in forum about your thoughts on the guild too. I have to erase everything on my laptop right now including Mabinogi, so I'll definitely not get on for months. I feel like I've been missing some of the guild chats, and Laura is willing to talk about and sort out thie whole guild reform thing.

@blaze your dam right, i'll start sending notes to ex members tommorow about the voting. I can't believe i had forgotten about that.

@Aire, I don't think this requires a PM. Were trying to keep a good ground here in mabiguru, but were not going to be so enclosely entwined. We need to expand a bit so we don't seem so exclusive. Bring the thread everywhere we can drag it. Mabiguru will be our homeregardless though. We should decide the leadership team soon if we can.

More than happy to step down. Right now i'm just trying to [b]lead the reform, not the guild.
