-------Intro-------

Picture this:

A group of high levels Golem fighting.
One raises his hand to cast a healing spell upon the injured as one boy kneels down to tend to the wounds of his fellow warriors.

A flame ignites as it floats around the caster. A mage pulls his hood over his face and shoves the gleaming red key into the lock. It twists and the chains dangle and fall. Golem is unleashed. Flames strike it and it falls. Enraged, it runs over at the group.

Too bad their magic isn't charged. But in this group, there's no worries.
A slicing wind pierces the golem and shakes the surrounding ground. A succesful windmill technique. Golem hesitates to rise, and when he does, spells strike him from every corner. He lands only to crush the skeletons, which either way, the group would finish no problem.

As the group sits at the remains, a girl starts a fire, smiling. She sets some raw meat to cook for a while, preparing a lovely dish with an aroma of heavens. Another young woman stands up and reveals a lute. A sound of peace and love fills the air. As for me, I could not have been more relieved. I passed out asleep, knowing there was always my friends to watch my back.

Phoenix feathers rained from the sky as I dreamed of new things.


-------Our Goal-------

Accomplish the goal of the greatest guild in all of Mabinogi North America.

Don't you love to bathe in fame in your favorite MMORPG? We're all suckers for it, face it. Fame is hard to earn.

Imagine being talked about from a few people and all of them know you, but none of them met you or know you personally.
Yes, we are a tightly knit community, and we will be a VERY tightly knit guild.

There are several facilities within this guild:

The Orchestra (Tireku, I know you want to lead this. )

Battle Facility
(Subcategories)
Fighters
Mages
Archers
Will include a council to decide positioning in dungeons, dungeon runs, etc.

The Farmers

The Connoisseurs
(Experts of First aid, Cooking, and other life skills without their own group)

All these fall under two groups: Members and Leaders.

Leaders= Leader, Jr. Master, Etc.
Members= All you other cool people of MabiGuru

I'd like to put myself forward for a leadership role within the Battle Facility, willing to put alot of time and ultimately funds into the Guild to get it going.

Has anyone proposed a system of application in regards to leadership? As obviously alot of people will probably be interested.

That's what I'm working on.

We will list out the people who deserve the role and applicants, then have some sort of vote.

I understand The Orchestra need their own guild, but separate by fighter/mage/archer will be hard, since people change their mind a lot, and there are no in game class restriction. Another thing is, what if a fighter want to be in the same section as the mage, I know they basically still in the same alliance, but people like the be in the same section.

The concept is appealing, but count me out. The only times I've ever been in a guild that tried to be everything to everyone, it failed miserably. I do have a love for the game, but not for oversized guilds trying to be all.

Just my opinion on this matter.

I like the idea. It sounds interesting. A big community inside the game and outside it.

But, I don't think this location is the ideal one. Yes, it is important and all, but it should stay in the Guild Hall. And if it is that important it should stay as sticky thread.
I think "MabiGuru Updates" is more for other kind of things.
