I have a feeling Mabinogi 2 is just gonna be an update of Mabinogi.

I just recently read about Wizet developing MapleStory 2 as well-- an update to their own MapleStory.

Dragons would be okay.. but they would likely get to be pretty huge, and people would be walking around with them, and they'd clog up crowded areas. Then it would get annoying. :/
