I've searched far and wide over the expansive terrain of Google and the wiki to find solutions to my question, but to no avail. I'm questing for the final hit skill, but I've been sitting for a week waiting for a thunderstorm for as long as I can and I can't seem to have any luck in getting one. It's starting to look impossible, so I figured I'd finally ask about it. I know you're all probably sick of seeing this. I'm sorry!

None of the timers or schedules I've found seem to work, either from inaccuracy or just not online anymore. Is there a working one anywhere? Or is there any way to kind of anticipate when the next one will be?

A thunderstorm occurs for 20 minutes every real day. (1/72 chance of it randomly appearing if you end up there)

er, that's all I know...besides the fact that when I was checking the timer (which currently is "offline") they always happened around 10-12am PST
