ALOT of people debate over this skill.Many already windmill/smash lovers say "Defense sux it reduces your enemy's power level alot im gonna get it after i get rank 1 smash/windmill".That is one reason people die alot and use Nao,cuz their defense is waaaay weak,that and since they have Nao they arent even paying attention/caring if they die,which makes them weak in combat experience (as in your gaming skills,not actual ingame exp).But this skill,as the so called "great" Kita (somebody said he was great cuz he can do a barrel roll,HE DIDNT DO A BARREL ROLL D: ) says,is a GOD SKILL O= and makes Golems look like,iunno,probably a fox or raccoon o.o in truth,the people who actually rank up their Defense skill have a better chance of surviving and living attacks then others,and who said skeletons are to be feared?I had rank C defense and i took 1 damage from a metal skeleton.har har :3

The main point is,Do YOU rank up your Defense skill?VOTE NOA x3

No,I'm going to rank up my other skills before i rank up Defense.


once i get R4 windmill and R4 smash i can get defense to R9, since smash and windmill will be the 2 skills that will add the most CP to me.

smash = 230
windmill = 220

210 defense

I have mine at Rank 9 since Im not going to go for Rank 1 Wm right away.
Ill take my time since i have plenty of other skills to rank up, Im not going to be in much of a rush.

Well defense r1 is needed for melee characters but its not high on my priority list.

My plan:

WM r5 > Crit r1 > WM r1 > CM r1 > Def r1

It adds +1 base Defense for every skill level up in early ranks. Not sure about higher. Then it also adds a lot more defense power for every rank-up.

Mine's at E, it was at D. Needed the AP. x_o
My windmill's at 7, got the AP for rank 6, need more training though.
Since my smash is already at r6 ready for r5, I might get into Defense after (I'd love to defend Ceo or Inter golems with very minimal damage). If not I'll wait for G3 and level my smash/windmill to r5 first.

Oh wait, my Critical's still r8. That'll be a while. D:

Hmmm, they say rank 1 defense and plus 10 bonus to surrounding party members... I'mma rank it up (currently rank d) once I get windmill, crit and smash to a nice, tolerable rank.
