There was another thread made about this in Questions and Help, but due to internet drama it was closed. Don't be surprised to see this thread locked later on for similar reasons.

Well, I'm not looking for drama, but I'd like to use this thread to keep updated on whether the "higher ups" (meaning the people who do patches ^^) are considering it or not.

After reading the closed thread (thanks to Paladin for linking me to it

) I'd have to agree with what Falsetto said- how if Mabi does allow this feature, then others will try to shut it down. I do find it ironic because this game is supposed to be about "Life" xD Especially when it is followed by "Fantasy" (xDD)

However, this does bring up the topic of controversy, and the patchers did a good job working their way around the bugs. I must admit I am disappointed that feature isn't available in this game because I've advertised this game to my friends as a MMORPG version of XBox's Fable. (In Fable, I know firsthand that gay marriage is allowed xD)

All in all, I'd like to say that I can wait till the world's ready.

Its good to see you understand the controversy. Its a rather dramatic change in world that has been practicing heterosexual marriage for millenias.

Its best this topic die now before it turns over into a flame fest.
