I don't think you have much of a choice in shifts because of the lack of workers.

Some times you hear nexon staff members say "we stayed up several days chugging coffee".

Which clearly explains all the errors, btw.

And the patches go all the way throughout the night.

People might not be any wiser to the situation from lack of experience, but being a GM is a pain in the ass and makes you want to kill many of your users. It's unpleasant. From the momment you start your day's work to the time you end it, it's pure chaos.

I had that experience, but the good thing was...i learned A LOT of things, about ppl, and how things are like...

and i wouldn't work for those, first, cuz my english skills sucks atm, and second, as we all can see, they seems to have many ppl working for them...and they all do sh***it--- but, if some of us could work there, im sure we can make ALL the difference-...( the right man in the wrong place )

I get the impression that Nexon America is approximately 12 to 24 employees, in a low rent office section, with leased off site server space.

I suspect you would get better health care benefits and retirement package from a fast food franchise, than Nexon.
