1st Rebirth Advise Please:)

Greetings all

My name is Adeno, and I'm planning to by a Premium Character card so I can rebirth my current character (and also change his hair and looks). I'm just not sure when to use rebirth.

Do I use rebirth before I age on Saturday (which is age 19), or do I use it after I age on Saturday (age 20)? What are the advantages of rebirthing before aging, and rebirthing after aging? Also, at what age should I rebirth to? Should it be Age 10? I'm more interested in earning the most AP I can get within 3 weeks so I can use rebirth again.

As for information about me, it's going to be the first time I use rebirth. I started at age 17, and now I'm 19 and level 33 as of writing this (hopefully reaching a few more levels before Saturday).

My skills are mostly focused on Combat. My project is to try to get Windmill as high as possible and as soon as possible because of what I've been reading about it (almost impossible if you do it too late). The only Rank A I have right now is on Music Theory because I needed the extra AP from the reward for raising Windmill. I didn't bother raising other life skills. The only magic I have is Rank F Icebolt for luring monsters.

My Combat Power according to the calculator is around 340-350 (I'm the same level as a red fox I think) if I remember, I hope I haven't made too many mistakes to reach a high level of Windmill yet.

Thanks in advance for any input you might share with me so I can decide whether to rebirth before or after aging on Saturday

PS - If I buy the Premium Character card, will it be possible to do the ego/spirit weapon quest so I can get one? Thanks

I would wait til after you Age, so you get an extra AP or so.
I would also go all the way to age 10 at Rebirth.

As far as what level...
I'm not sure how the game plays anymore(read:if it's easier to get exp. at higher levels due to better/more dungeons). But, I wouldn't Rebirth until my leveling and AP gaining slowed down a considerable amount.

Your CP is already high if you haven't rebirthed yet.
But you're not like screwed or anything, so nothing to worry about at the moment.
Edit: nvm you're fine. I forgot you're 19 years old.

I would honestly give more thought into rebirthing every 3 weeks, since I find it a waste of money, but if you've reached level 33 before your first, then I guess its not so bad.

I honestly suggest you wait until you age before every rebirth, but if you're doing it once every 3 weeks from now, it won't matter too much.

Just remember to go to age 10 from now on.

After aging.

There's no significant advantage for rebirthing before aging up unless you're age 25 or over, especially if you're stingy on money. Doing so under age 25 means you just lost AP. AP is good, don't waste it~!

The others have already told you about rebirthing...I would stress Kitaek's point about not rebirthing every three weeks though...it's really not necessary unless you feel like blowing the money...and the reason I bring this up is your other question:

Buying premium cards gives you nothing aside from premium looks. If you want an ego you will have to pay for one or all of the monthly services (Nao/Extra Storage/etc.) You will really want to do this anyway eventually...if you keep playing, as you need service for egos, Paladin transformation, and the Generation quests (which are really quite good as far as MMOs go). When you pay for a service it lasts a month but you don't have to continue paying...you can buy a month whenever you feel like it...however without service you can't "feed" your ego weapon or continue any Generation quest you may be in the middle of.

But you're looking at paying for that plus rebirths...which is why I reiterate waiting to rebirth...

If you want to most AP, rebirth before Aging period. That way you get 5 AP instead of 1 AP at age-up. (Unless you are one of those people who wait for many more weeks than 3 weeks)

I rebirth at around level 30-35 (somewhere there) in my first rebirth because leveling at the "first" life was simply too slow. I rebirth every 3 weeks, and at every rebirth, I get to a higher level much easier.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I can probably spend $10 per month on this game just for rebirthing purposes. I just didn't know that aside from taking care of your ego/spirit weapon with in-game things, you also have to take care of it using real money

I guess I won't go for an ego/spirit weapon yet since I'm still pretty new anyway and it probably won't be as effective as when I've reached higher skill ranks after taking care of Windmill

In due time, you won't need to rely on the power of an ego weapon, or even monthly services. They're not required to become effective, but they sure help.
