I wouldn't go randoming in the arena unless you're very powerful, and are content with people hating you for randoming. I learned arena etiquette the hard way, killing 1 guy once, then his friends ganged up on my until they killed me 10+ times. I'd only fight with people who you bring to fight.

I probably would've left the moment his friends came up..
Then again, I almost never go to the arena (if I do, I sit around and talk o.x'' hehe, purpose of arena = ruined, i know)

Yep, exactly.
Like someone said above, if they gang up on you, just leave.

Then come back later and random on them again. XD

Arena is a FFA anyways. Someone will attack you if you go inside. Might as well have some fun right?
